Orders are also accepted by phone, mail and fax. Custom printing orders require a sample proof of printing requirements or camera ready copy. PRICING All pricing is subject to change without notice. Billing will be at prevailing prices at time of shipment. PAYMENT TERMS All invoicing is Net 30 Days (1-1/2% per month will be added on past due balances). Our in-house stocking programs require payment with order. We warehouse this product for you at no additional cost. Your shipments can be set up on an automatic basis or product can be released upon request. Records management services require a 40% deposit, an additional 35% 2 weeks following start date, and the remaining 25% balance upon completion. SHIPPING Shipping charges will be applied to all products. Our internet shipping module provides an estimated cost for the items ordered. If for any reason the shipping on your order is significantly higher than reflected you would be notified in advance of order processing for your approval. Stock items will generally be shipped within one week of order; non-stock items generally take 2-4 weeks. Customer will be notified of delivery dates for custom items upon receipt of art work. Custom orders are subject to +/- 10% overruns/underruns. RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND CANCELLATIONS Cancellations will be accepted if order is not already in progress. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. A restocking charge of 20% will be applied for returned merchandise. Goods damaged in transit require filing by customer with the transportation company. Contact our local sales office if any difficulties are experienced in settling claims for damage.
